Project Leadman

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands on, job site installation
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer
  • Provide technical support and job site leadership
  • Delegate and organize work of project personnel
  • Understand timing of work and how it relates to others
  • Work with Supervisor to accurately determine subcontract, staffing and material needs
  • Order materials as directed
  • Communicate obstacles affecting efficiency
  • Ensure deadlines are met and or communicate challenges to supervisor
  • Verify equipment is ordered and on site prior to job start
  • Verify subcontractors are scheduled prior to job start
  • Ensure deadlines are met and or communicate challenges to Foreman
  • Communicate obstacles affecting efficiency
  • Ensure that projects are completed in a professional, high quality, safe and timely manner
  • Ensure that job sites are left in an acceptable condition daily
  • Monitor projects to assure we only do work as required by contract documents
  • Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Communicate all completed jobs to the Foreman
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
  • Promptly report any injuries to Project Supervisor
  • Promptly address customer complaints to assure resolution and maintain long-term relationships
  • Ability to work at various times and hours as determined by job requirement

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years project management experience
