Sales Executive- Kalamazoo

Quality Air, a Comfort Systems USA Company, is searching for a qualified outside sales professional to join our team and lead our continued growth in the Kalamazoo area.

A key component to this role involves calling on top decision makers within commercial and industrial facilities to discuss Quality Air’s ability to reduce their owning and operating costs while solving existing comfort and air quality problems. HVAC industry experience is not required. We will provide the necessary training and support. 

Our successful sales executives are not afraid of prospecting. Opening new doors and establishing new contacts is an important part of this position. Our sales professionals work in a team environment where cooperation and collaboration create a winning culture.

The primary job responsibilities include:

  • Consistent prospecting activity at the decision maker level
  • Proposal generation
  • Executive level presentations
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment


  • Proven record of prospecting and sales results.
  • Self-discipline, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance.
  • Leadership character along with the desire, ability, and skills to succeed are essential.

Quality Air is the industry leader in building HVAC mechanical systems and facility automation services in the west Michigan area where we deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

We offer a very competitive salary ($50,000 to $70,000 total earnings expected first year), automobile allowance, an uncapped commission, medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, paid holidays and vacation as well as paid training, profit sharing, and bonuses.
