Service Dispatcher

We are looking for a motivated individual with dispatch, leadership, and office experience. The successful candidate can handle multiple tasks at once and enjoys working and interacting with others as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Service call dispatcher
  • Assist with Coins software operations/resolutions
  • Evaluates service report audits as needed        
  • Manages/reviews service department reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Input, correct, generate tasks for technicians
  • Customer care calls and resolution
  • Database/information management (open jobs, technician hours/schedules, etc.)
  • Dispatcher/auditor training

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a deadline
  • Excellent organizational/multitasking skills
  • Computer skills
  • Associate degree or High School Diploma/GED with additional/applicable experience
